The objective of this course will be to introduce small business owners to the power of AI prompting. Participants will explore how to craft effective prompts to drive marketing, boost sales, streamline customer service, and improve business efficiency. Whether you're a solo entrepreneur, a local business owner, or a growing service provider, you'll leave this workshop with ready-to-use prompts and the confidence to integrate AI into your daily operations. This one day, 4-hour course will be IN-PERSON. We do recommend a few tools to bring to the training: Laptop or tablet, Chat GPT (free or Pro), Google account (Docs + Gemini), Access to Canva (free or Pro), and access to your social media/email platform/CRM.
