A Life Cycle Approach to M/WBE Business Growth Many dynamics impact your business growth locally. A true understanding and assessment of your company is critical to taking advantage of growth opportunities. From start-ups to seasoned enterprises, there are challenges and opportunities at every stage of growth. This two-part seminar targets minority and women-owned businesses seeking information and strategies that answer the burning question of how to grow business. Session I (July 8) introduced the M/WBE Life Cycle Continuum and identified common growth challenges and opportunities for businesses. Business owners assessed their current and desired position on the Life Cycle. Session II (October 30) provides tools that help business owners chart a course for disciplined growth.
