Close the Gap - Build Your Team - Session 1

Join us for the first session of a free two-part workforce series hosted by St. Landry Economic Development in partnership with the St. Landry Chamber of Commerce. Tellin Fontenot of Louisiana Works will introduce the WORKS Training Fund, along with other Louisiana Works programs and initiatives available to help you train and grow your team. Ryan Devillier and the LSBDC will then lead business owners through a Skills Gap Analysis — a practical exercise to help you pinpoint the specific gaps in your workforce, so you know exactly where Louisiana Works programs can help close them. Whether you're looking to upskill current employees or better understand your training options, this session will give you concrete next steps.
