The first time you open ChatGPT or Claude and start typing, the AI has no idea who you are. It doesn't know your business, your voice, your clients, or what you've spent years building. So it gives you something generic. Something that could belong to anyone.

This workshop fixes that.

In this session, Shayne Hall walks you through how to build a Sovereign AI Brain: a set of structured files you create once about yourself and your business, then load into any AI tool before you start working. When those files are in place, the AI stops being a stranger. It writes in your voice, references your actual services, respects your values, and produces output that sounds like you instead of a template.

Build it once. Apply it to every session. Never start from zero again.

Shayne will walk through the full system during the workshop and send every attendee home with the complete step-by-step instructions to finish building their own. No technical background required. If you can answer questions about yourself and your business, you can build this.

You’ll leave with a clear understanding of how the system works, the files you need to build it, and a guided process you can complete on your own time in about 60 to 90 minutes.
