Times change and you have to be fully prepared to do whatever it takes to keep your business moving forward. Please join us as Ron Markham, Business Consultant, explores techniques for impacted firms that are dealing with the aftermath of the pandemic and the downturn in the economy. This is particularly aimed for businesses that have been impacted by the oil and gas crisis. Participants will learn to focus their efforts and avoid ‘being pulled in different directions’ which is so often the result when firms are operating during economic downturns. Workshop participants will explore the following: • Strategic thinking and planning • Maximizing employee productivity, teamwork, and engagement • Learning operational strategies to focus on high-impact, revenue-generating activities
