The topics that will be covered in this in-depth workshop include the following: • Gain a new prospective on how to view your company’s financial performance • Develop a simple set of key performance indicators • Use simple trend analysis to identify where you are heading • Enhance your understanding of the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement • Learn how to develop simple productivity measurements • Create a strategic approach to involving key team members in performance metrics • Design incentive-based performance metrics for key team members Active participation is encouraged and seating is limited. **This seminar is reserved for individuals certified in Louisiana Economic Development's Small & Emerging Business Development Program.
