Communicating Through Social Media

Are you a small business owner or are the marketing manager for your company and need help speaking to your customers through social media? This workshop will give you a better understanding of which social media platform is best used for your business, what to say or post on the platform, and when to post it. The course will also look specifically at Facebook for Business-to-Consumer communication and LinkedIn for Business-to-Business communication. This course is an intermediate level course and is highly recommended for those who are already established on social media and are looking to enhance their use of the platforms.
