This workshop is highly recommended for managers interested in preparing for the Serve Safe Manager's Training Exam. Louisiana requires a person in charge of a food establishment to have a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) on the premises at all times and demonstrate knowledge of food safety as outlined in FDA food code. Taking an approved Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) Training Course and passing an exam is how to get certified. The instructor will cover the full content of the ServSafe Manager Book 6th Ed prior to giving the exam. All other food servers are welcome to attend the lecture.
