Claims Adjuster Boot Camp

The Southern University Office of Research presents a 3-Day training series Fastrack Pre-Licensing Claims Adjuster Boot Camp recommended for individuals interested in starting a claims adjuster business. The Boot Camp will be May 10-12, 2018 from 8:00am - 5:00pm. At the end of this boot camp you will have an overview of the following: • Understanding of the process of starting, maintaining and growing a licensed claims adjuster business. • A comprehensive overview of catastrophic, automotive, residential, commercial general liability, inland marine and farm and ranch claims. • The process of evaluating, negotiating and settling claims in a manner that is compliant with state laws and meets the professional standards as set by the insurance industry. • Learn to apply theory and practical knowledge gained from the presentations, discussions, and activities to the claims handling process in the areas of insurance covered by this pre- licensing course. • Property Inspection Training, Scoping, Intro to Xactimate 28/Sketch and Sample Test Questions in preparation for the Licensed Claims Adjuster exam.
