ServSafe Managers Training and Certification Exam

The lecture begins promptly at 8:00; the Certification Exam is administered at the end of the lecture. The Exam booklets are pre-ordered by the instructor, so pre-registration is mandatory. Participants must have an official Servsafe answer sheet (comes with a new book) or can be purchased separately.
