You Will Learn How To: - Develop Knowledge, Skill & Abilities (KSAs) - Craft a Compelling Job Description - Effectively Write and Post Your Job Ad - Market Your Company Through Your Total Compensation Package - Build Structured Interviews Early Registration is Recommended Items and thoughts to bring: A Job Description or a job title and a few sentences and/or outline of a job you need to fill. A list of all your benefits. This could include, medical benefits, dental benefits, employee assistance program (EAP), disability, wellness plans, free lunches, membership dues, 401(K), vacation, paid time off, bonuses, discounts, etc. *Bring your laptop or tablet if you like but it is not necessary.
