LA Nonprofit & Small Biz Assistance

The Louisiana Nonprofit & Small Business Assistance Program was created by Act 410 of the 2021 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature. The Program is administered by the Louisiana Department of Revenue (“LDR”) and provides grant funding to eligible nonprofits and small businesses to assist in the administration of COVID-19 response and relief efforts. Act 410 sets forth the Program’s eligibility criteria, the acceptable uses of grant funds, and the maximum amount of funding available.
