2018 Tax Update Seminars for Practitioners
2018 Tax Update Seminars for Practitioners Representatives from the Louisiana Department of Revenue (LDR) and the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will address recent state and federal updates affecting how tax practitioners do business. LDR will present Louisiana tax updates, and in locations affected by the 2016 floods, will present information about Revenue Information Bulletin 18-012: Requirement to File Amended Louisiana Returns Due to Federal Disaster Relief. The IRS will discuss federal updates during in-person presentations in each location except Houma, where there will be a virtual presentation. The seminar series, sponsored by the Louisiana Small Business Development Centers, is conducted for the benefit of CPAs, independent accountants, enrolled agents. Time 9:00 am to 12:00 pm Registration 8:30 am to 9:00 am Early Registration Encouraged
