This session introduces the fundamentals of marketing, exploring the role of marketing in small business success. Participants will learn the difference between branding, advertising, sales, and marketing, and how they all fit into a larger growth system.This session also guides participants through developing a practical marketing strategy, including defining target audiences, clarifying value propositions, and setting SMART goals.
Participants will leave with a clear understanding of the core components of marketing and a “big picture” view of how marketing drives business growth. They will also have a draft one-page marketing strategy tailored to their business, ready to refine and implement.
