Venture Training Program: Fundamentals of Establishing a Board of Directors

This workshop reviews smart practices in forming boards, managing board meetings and serving as a director - all with the goal of creating an effective governance structure. Key topics will include the legal requirements, obligations and risks faced by directors, dealing with conflicts of interest, how to navigate and managing M&A from initial investment through exit. This is one part of a 7-part series. One session is not a prerequisite for another.
