Monique Branham joined BBCetc as a Principal Consultant in July of 2021. She has
22 years of experience in the DOD. She joined the United States Air Force in 1999 and has an M.B.A
in Aviation from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Monique moved to the Air Force Space & Missile
System Center and became the SBIR/STTR commercialization expert. Monique’s work was
instrumental in finding funding from government, academic, & private sectors & writing management
plans leading to commercialization of SBIR topics currently operating on the International Space Station.

This Event is Part of the U.S. SBA’s LA FAST (Federal and State Technology) Program and Supported By their Louisiana Small Business Development Centers.
The Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs are highly competitive programs that encourage domestic small businesses to engage in Federal Research/Research and Development (R/R&D) with the potential for commercialization.
Who should attend? Entrepreneurs and existing companies with new ideas or new products that involve R&D or software development, University technologies, professors, and researchers with commercial applications, and Scientists, Chemists, and Engineers with new technologies with commercial applications.
