The U.S. is a country of small businesses, the 2020 Small Business Profile reports that there were 31.7 million small businesses, 60.6 million Small Business Employees which accounted for 99.9% of United States Businesses and 47.1% of United States Employees. However, despite all of the business planning, capital infusion, employee development and management tools and trainings offered, each year tens of thousands of businesses close each year. This training series will focus on explaining the mind, in laymen terms, looking at how stress(ors), anxiety, trauma, work life balance, workforce management and others impact the mind, the most vital part of entrepreneur success. Practical skills and strategies will be given to assist the entrepreneur on a day-to-day basis to manage the various complexities of entrepreneurship, especially during the ongoing impact of Covid-19.

In this 3-part series, the presenter will explore:

  2. Mental Minding and Mental Wellness Definition
  3. How leaders with great mindsets, are catalysts for sustainability and growth
