This no-cost class, offered by your local Louisiana Small Business Development Center (LSBDC), gives new and existing small business owners the practical tools you need to make smart, data-driven decisions 1) before you invest, or 2) to help strengthen your business. Participants will learn about the value of market research, the different types of market research, how to apply research to your business, how to define your target customers, how to analyze the competition, and size up your market using free resources. The class also covers how to collect direct customer feedback through surveys and interviews, interpret industry reports, and spot market opportunities. Walk away with real data, a curated free-resource toolkit, and access to one-on-one follow-up advising through your SBDC.
