Customer Discovery 101: Essential Steps for a Great Product-Market Fit
This is a webinar. Understanding your customer is critical in offering a great product-market fit. The class will show you how to complete your Canvas. We will also cover the dos and don'ts of approaching your potential customers along with the best practices in customer discovery. Doing a good customer discovery helps you ensure that a) your services solve your customer's problem, b) you reach your customers with the right channels c) your value proposition focuses on your customer's benefits, and d) You use a revenue generation model that is suitable to your customers. Participants will receive an e-version of a Lean Canvas tool.
