If they are able to buy from you, why should they? If you're selling a product or service, it is necessary to focus your selling efforts on communicating the benefits to the buyer. How well the benefits are communicated will determine how successful your sales efforts will be. Even large, established companies fail at this. For the small enterprise, sales = survival.
