The Small and Emerging Business Development (SEBD) Roundtables provide business owners with the opportunity to improve leadership skills, sharpen decision-making abilities and build lasting relationships through peer-to-peer learning. SEBD Roundtables bring together 15-18 small and emerging business owners for 10 monthly roundtable meetings over the course of a year to share challenges and learn from the experiences of their peers. To ensure the best fit for selected participants, a number of factors are considered, including experience level, business size, non-competitiveness and existing business relationships. All participants must be certified in the SEBD Program. Participation criteria below for 2019-20 program: - Applicant must be committed - Applicant must be a SEBD Certified Business prior to the start of the program (free certification, see below) - Applicant must be the primary Owner of the business - Business must have annual revenue of at least $150,000 but no more than $4 million - Business must have at least 2 Full-time employees or 2 FTE, including the owner - Business must have operated for at least 2 full years - Participants will sign a participant agreement and will agree to attend at least 80% of all meetings (8 out of 10 meetings), August 2019 to June 2020. - The fee for participation is $100 Complete registration and send completed application (see below to download) to: and For more information call (504) 885-4262.
