Grow Your Business Boot Camp Latino
Accion Louisiana, an extension of Accion Texas Inc (the Nation's Largest Microlender) will continue its boot camp series and partnership with Sam's Club and the City of New Orleans to present "Grow Your Business: Boot Camp Latino" to help the Greater New Orleans community of Latino entrepreneurs strengthen their businesses through key managerial concepts and by providing expertise from local marketing, financial, business development industry leaders exclusively in Spanish. Funding for the workshop is provided by Sam's Club and New Orleans is one of only 25 U.S. cities the company selected to host the entrepreneurial event. Participants will gain: • Better understanding of credit and its impact • Deeper understanding of key managerial concepts and how they can be used to manage the business efficiently and effectively • Insight into best practices for contractors, food and beverage, retail, and start-ups • Access to one-on-one consultations from attorneys, insurance providers, financial experts and local organizations serving small businesses during mini business fair. • Information regarding obtaining licenses, permits, and certification for your business on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco, One Stop Shop, New Orleans office of Purchasing, and the Louisiana Minority Supplier Development Council • A perspective on behalf of local media experts, Jambalaya News, El Tiempo, and Sunburst Media
