Managing Your Business with QuickBooks

This workshop is designed for business owners already using QuickBooks. Learn how to obtain use QuickBooks to generate key decision-making information about your business. Topics include:

1. Schedule useful reports to ensure that vendor discounts are taken.
2. Track sales each month to ensure that budgets are achieved.
3. Monitor customer collections to verify that cash is receive timely and accurately.
4. Customize your forms (invoices, statements, estimates, etc.) to include; Collection messages, Holiday announcements, New Product Availability alerts, etc.
5. Create user IDs and passwords to limit each users' access while promoting higher productivity.
6. Generate a Company SnapShot to quickly review operational status, and
