2021 Bayou Region Pitch Comp. - Creating a Winning Business Plan & Pitch

The 2021 Bayou Region Pitch Competition is on! In celebration of Global Entrepreneurship Week we will be giving away cash prizes to the local innovators and job creators who launch startups that bring ideas to life, drive economic growth, and expand human welfare. The Top 10 Business Plan Finalists will give a 5 Minute Pitch on November 16, 2021 at Nicholls State University. Pitch Prizes (Stage 2) = 1st place - $20,000, 2nd place - $10,000, 3rd place - $5,000 To qualify for the 2021 Bayou Region Pitch Competition: 1. Open to all currently enrolled Nicholls and Fletcher students (must present student id as proof) 2. Non-students must have a registered business within the following parishes: Lafourche, Terrebonne, St. Mary, Assumption 3. Attend one of the sessions below: A) Wednesday, September 29 - 10:00am-12:00pm B) Wednesday, October 13 - 3:30pm-5:30pm 4.
