GeauxBiz Training for Entrepreneurs

GeauxBiz allows entrepreneurs the ability to complete the necessary legal documents to start a business, register for a tax revenue number and apply for an unemployment insurance tax account number. During the two-hour training, Bonaventure will educate attendees on how to register their business with the Secretary of State, and address common issues and challenges in the waiting process. This workshop will also specifically inform the attendees how to reserve a business name, create a checklist of federal, state and local licenses and permits, file with the Secretary of State, Department of Revenue, and Louisiana Workforce Commission, apply for unemployment insurance, and find other resources for entrepreneurs and small businesses.
