Business Forum
A Business Forum will be held Tuesday, February 4, 2020, to discuss the future of Downtown Ponchatoula retail and services. The Business Forum will be hosted by the Downtown Ponchatoula Revitalization Program board and the Louisiana Small Business Development Center (SBDC) from Southeastern Louisiana University. Location: Downtown Ponchatoula Revitalization Program Main Office-City Hall Annex 110 West Hickory Street, Ponchatoula, LA 70454 Phone: 985-200-2937 The Downtown Ponchatoula Revitalization Program board and director are interested in hearing from community members and downtown business owners about their needs and goals they would like to see accomplished in Downtown Ponchatoula. The SBDC will facilitate a structured discussion with forum attendees to receive feedback and suggestions. Information gained from this forum will be used in the strategic work plans for the upcoming year. This Business Forum will NOT be used as a place to express political views. The goal of this forum is to advance communication and encourage collaboration between the Downtown Ponchatoula Revitalization Program and the businesses of Ponchatoula. This is an opportunity for you to present questions and input about our current and future downtown business environment. Forum registered owners’ questions will be heard from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM. We want to hear from all of you! For efficiency, please have your remarks prepared. Each speaker is allowed five minutes to present their question/feedback. *If you are unable to attend the event, please send remarks to Faith Allen, fallen@cityofponchatoula.com, to ensure your input is recorded.
