Cybersecurity is critical in today’s business environment. Every business becoming more dependent on digital business when offering client-centric products and services. The key to our Digital economy/communications is Digital Trust. Trust in the identity of the party at the other end of the transaction, Trust in the ability of digital systems to conduct the transaction securely, Trust that our information will be protected. Trust is dependent on cybersecurity and on the protection of our digital systems and assets as well as our information, reputation and privacy. The proliferation of IoT (Internet of Things) devices increases the importance of cybersecurity, and having access to the tools and resources needed to stay safe online. At this workshop, you will be provided information on how to prepare for and protect against cyber security issues. “Cybersecurity is then not just critical to protect our information, critical infrastructure and digital economy. It is critical for protecting our very lives.”
