The digital landscape holds massive opportunity for promotion, branding, and connecting with new and existing customers for small businesses that is easy and relatively inexpensive to implement. This seminar will provide business owners with an overview and hands-on demonstration of the various elements required to stand out and be "searchable" on the internet through the use of tools like social media and SEO! Define the key elements of a brand including: logo, tagline, mood board, internal brand statement, and customer personas. Identify key online marketing channels and encourage consistency with content creation, plus identify resources for content. Search Engine Optimization & Search Engine Marketing Anatomy of a Google Search Keywords and competitor analysis: Research and identify industry keywords through online tools Content Creation for SEO - your website, blogging, social media and more Pay Per Click and Retargeting campaigns - overview and best practices Google Analytics & webmaster tools Reputation Management: links to online resources for setting up all of the following reputation management platforms, plus specific advice for Google+, LinkedIn, Yelp & Trip Advisor
