Are you looking to hire new employees? Louisiana Workforce Commission is here to help! LWC can provide up to 90% wage reimbursement for On-the-Job Training (OJT). Employers receive reimbursement in order to compensate for the typical hiring/training costs, such as lost productivity, during any new hire’s learning curve. The process is quick, painless and simple. If you meet the following criteria, find out more about OJT by attending this one hour info session: • Employers that are hiring in-demand occupations for their business • Position pays at least $10/hr or more • Employers with at least 2 Full-time employees • Employer carries Worker’s Comp and pays into the Unemployment Insurance system Coffee and donuts will be provided.
