Calvin Mills Jr. is the CEO and Co-founder of C&V Technologies. He is a graduate of Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business. C&V Technologies is a wholesale technology distributor, which plans to expand and open the C&V Enterprises Technology Center in the first quarter of 2007. The Technology Center will create 10 new jobs in the Baton Rouge economy, and is designed to help bridge the “digital divide” facing economically challenged individuals. This year Mills received the Small Business Achievement Award for Outstanding Performance from the Dept. of Homeland Security in Washington DC, and an Official Statement of Acknowledgement from Governor Kathleen Blanco. He has been featured in Entrepreneur, Fast Company and InfoWorld magazines.
