1209 Financial Management for Day Care Center

One of the most important aspects of running a day care center is making sure the financials are in order. If you don’t, you could be wasting your time or worse, losing both your time and money in the long run. This workshop is designed to provide owners, directors, and managers of day care facilities with basic financial tools to run a day care business such as the understanding the Cash Flow Statement, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet. Learn how they are prepared, how to understand them, and how to use them to improve the profits and cash flow of your day care business. The two hour workshop will be a "hands on" experience for participants. *Certificate of Completion will be issued*
